Cruise Loch Lomond
Cruise Loch Lomond are one of the busiest cruise companies in Scotland, offering visitors the opportunity to experience the serenity of the ‘bonnie banks’ from the comfort of one of eight vessels.
Working closely with the company, Mucky Puddle rationalised customer needs into 3 mains themes and designed a new website, booking engine and administration tool that would attract their target customers and make the sales process more streamlined. Their new, fully responsive ecommerce website has not only made bookings management much easier for the company, it’s contributed to such an uplift in bookings that they’ve had to add another boat to their fleet!
