All Mucky Puddle staff are fully trained in providing high level aftercare and support to all clients. We believe this is an essential part of the ongoing relations between ourselves and our clients, as well as to the continuing success of a website project.
Our websites include a free.co.uk domain name registration, 12 months website hosting and full training in the content management system. We provide all clients with training manuals and include support following a site launch.
We provide technical support via our email and telephone helpdesks. All requests are logged in a ticketing system and monitored until fully resolved, which is always within designated time frames.
Following a website launch we like to keep in touch and gather feedback on initial performance. We can then make recommendations which we feel may improve a site's performance as it begins to grow and evolve.
In addition to the core support services Mucky Puddle also offer bespoke training. This ranges from one to one CMS training to advice on network configurations, writing website content, or on social networking, to name a few.
